The most popular location is Rivercity complex in Bang Rak, a 5 star tourism centre on the Chao Phraya river. The centre caters for high volume tourism, here you can be entertained with a cultural dance show, browse the arts and crafts shops and if your lucky catch a Muay Thai event, they are hosted at River city quite frequently. Getting there: If your going to Rivercity .. from Siam take the BTS skytrain to station Saphan Taksin, which interchanges with the main river pier "Central" or Sathorn. Many venues have courtesy shuttle boats (including Rivercity, otherwise a brief taxi (1.5ms). The MRT (subway) station Hua Lamphong is about 1km from Rivercity. Be cautioned, traffic can mean dissappointment, the boat can not wait so go early and enjoy the surroundings. The location is not far from the famous Skybar and other such wonderful nightspots.
