Canal & old City Night tram tour

Created by popular demand - half or full day / night program

The existing tour is a diner and evening open tram tour of the old city of Bangkok (includes several excellent photo stops), we added several value added options to suit your appetite.

Infusing orientation of local transport systems canal and skytrain / subway as well as a few Icons has enhanced an existing tour into a dynamic and entertaining half / full day tour.

Cost depends on the options you select, see below. The only "fixed" time/cost aspect is the arrival time for dinner/tram tour which 7pm diner for 8pm departure on the tram.

Location: Starting from Sukhumvit, about 3kms East of Siam central to the Old city of Bangkok about 4kms West of Siam central

Departure time depends on venues your wish list:-

Starting from base: Sukhumvit Soi 19, BTS (skytrain) station Asok.

1. Transfer 1.5km to canal by MRT (subway) or Taxi (car/tuktuk/motorbike) - cost: 50bt [add 20mins]

2. Fast ferry ride on the canal Saen Saep to Rattanakosin (old City)

see the backstage of the city; local life along the Canal, among dazzling tall buildings that tower above. Fare: 20bt [add 50mins]

3. Arrive Pier Phan Fa Liat, the junction of several old city tour zones

Many attractions, here are a few within walking distance

100mtrs East: King Prajadhipok Museum open 9am-4pm.
A three (3) storey heritage listed building (Aircon). Entry: 40bt [add: 1hr]

300mtrs South: Wat Saket, the temple of golden mount open: 9am-5.30pm

200 stairs (caf'e half way), to a majestic Golden Chedi, from the rooftop enjoy 360 degree view of the "old city".
Entry fee: 20bt [add: 1hr]

200mtrs N.West: Mahakan Fort, Wat Ratchanatdaram Worawihan (metal temple). These are photo stops on tram or get day shot now. Cost: nil [add: 15mins]

300mtrs N.West: The Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall open: 9am-8pm (last ticket 6pm)

interactive centre 11 zones (Aircon) Entry: 100bt [guided tours: add 2hrs]
must do: 4th flr Skyroom, Caf'e and lounges offering a Panoramic view of several Majestic icons including some attractions mentioned above. [add: 30mins]
